Configuration for Email Threshold

To start receiving your threshold email notifications, simply follow these steps:

Adding the Change Data Capture

  • Click on the Gear Icon and click on the Setup

  • Type Change Data Capture And Click on Change Data Capture.

  • Select Integration_Audit(Integration_Log__c) in the Available Entities and Move the Integration_Audit(Integration_Log__c) to Selected Entities.

  • Click on Save button.

Adding Organization-Wide Addresses

  • Click on the Gear Icon and click on the Setup.

  • Type Organization-Wide Addresses in the Quick find box and click on Organization-Wide Addresses.

  • Enter the below Details

    Display Name : 200Ok Care

    Purpose : select Default No-Reply Address

    Then Click on Save button.

Note : After Save, The Email address needs to be verified by 200 OK Care Team.
