In 200 OK, adding a Remote Site in Salesforce means configuring a trusted external URL in Salesforce to enable callouts to that site.

Steps to add the Remote Site :
Create a New Integration Channel by passing the required data such as Method, Url, Body etc.
After passing the data save the channel and active it .
Click on the dropdown at the right top, we can see Add Remote Site click on it.
On click it will redirect to Remote Site Setting page.
Note : The URL will be copied default into your clipboard. And a message will be displayed in the
channel as shown below in the image.
After the page is redirecting to Remote Site Setting click on New Remote Site.
On click on the New Remote Site, it will open a page as shown in the below.
Pass the data in the required fields and click on save. Your URL is now considered as trusted URL to make the callout.
And just like that, your URL is successfully added to the Remote Site! You’re now all set to enable seamless and secure integrations with external systems.
