Description

AI Copilot

AI CRM Copilot, powered by 200 OK, is an AI-powered virtual assistant within Salesforce that automates tasks, provides insights, and enables conversational AI which integrates seamlessly with the Salesforce ecosystem.

AI Prompt Simulator Studio

Copilot Prompt Simulator Studio acts as an assistant which helps you to create an engaging prompt tailored to your specific requirements, with advanced grounding capabilities. The capability of the prompt simulator is unlimited. Here, you can choose your own AI on the go. Just choose a data source, select an available record and continuously update your prompt unless you receive the desired output. The more precise and detailed your instructions are, the better the outcome.

AI Assistant Settings

Assistant settings are where you set up your assistant. Here, you need to choose the preferred object and data source that should be used by the widget assistant to work with. You can also choose the required prompts that you want to show over the widget UI for users to run and execute them.

AI CRM Copilot Assistant (Widget)

The Copilot widget is designed for use on any Lightning record page. Users can easily add this component by dragging it from the available components onto the record details page. It is recommended to place the component at the bottom of the page. If Assistant Settings are not configured for the specific related object's record details page where the component is placed, the assistant will display a friendly error message. This ensures that users are promptly notified and guided to set up the assistant for seamless functionality. Once the widget displays the welcome screen, meaning the setup for the widget is completed!

Enhanced UI for Data Virtualization.
