# toString

toString() function is the Standard function available in 200OK.

**Description** : The toString function converts any value to a string.

**Syntax** : fx\_toString(value)

**Scenario** :  In a data transformation pipeline, users are processing numerical data and need to convert integer values to strings for compatibility with downstream systems. They employ the fx\_toString function to perform this conversion seamlessly.
