# Export/Import Functionality
In this guide, we will elucidate the seamless process of exporting and importing of channels form one org to another org.
#### Export of the Channel
1. User can export the list of channels and import the same into another org and vice versa.
2. Select the channel to be exported and click the export button top right.
3. On click on the export after selecting the channel we can see the window pop up showing the confirmation to export the channel.
4. Click on the export the channel will get exported.
5. You will get an “Records are exported” message on successful export.
**Import of the Channel**
1. User can import the list of channels and export the same into another org and vice versa.
2. To import the file, click Import button top right.
3. On click the import button it will show the popup as below image.
4. Click on the upload files and select the exported file of 200 OK from the particular storage location.
5. On select the file it will be shown as below image.
6. Click on the Submit button the file will be created as channel showing the message as "Records are created according to the json upload"
7. The Channel is created as shown in the below image.
By following these steps, users can easily import and export the channels form one org to another org.
