By configuring the global action, you can capture and save the response data from integrations or external systems, all while ensuring that the next steps are triggered seamlessly. This allows you to not only log and store responses but also take immediate actions without disrupting your workflow.
Select Global Action as the Action Type.
Select the Global Action which you have created. (Here For Example Create_Account)
Integration Action :
Once the Global Action is selected, run the channel and watch the response unfold.
